Payment

Orders are paid for at the time of purchase. You can easily pay in advance via your online bank during checkout. We accept Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, and Debit MasterCard, as well as mobile payments via MobilePay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Delivery Methods and Costs

Delivery costs include postage and packaging. You will see the exact shipping fees after selecting your preferred payment and delivery methods at checkout. Products are delivered to the Posti parcel locker or service point closest to you.

Delivery Time

The delivery time for items sent by post is approximately 1–3 business days. For international orders, the delivery time is usually couple days longer. Orders available for pickup can also be collected from our store:

Returns and Cancellations

You may cancel your order if it has not yet been dispatched. To cancel an order, please contact info@ksbeauty.fi.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with our products, you have a 14-day right of exchange and return. The returned product must be unopened, completely unused, and in resalable condition.

If you wish to return a product, please contact info@ksbeauty.fi so we can agree on whether to exchange it for a new one or refund the purchase price.

Unclaimed Parcels

Not collecting a parcel is not the same as a return. For unclaimed parcels where no separate notification has been made, we reserve the right to charge the shipping costs.

Prices

Product prices include 25.5% VAT.
