- 1. Dispense emulsion onto dry or slightly damp hands. 2. Massage the product in circular motions onto the face, neck, and décolleté to melt away makeup, sebum, and impurities. 3. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water or wipe off with damp sponges/cloth. 4. Complete your skincare routine with Alex Cosmetic Green Tonic or Herbal Super Lotion toner.

- 1. Is this product suitable for removing waterproof eye make-up? Lily Hydra Cleansing Milk is extremely gentle and effectively removes regular face make-up and water-soluble eye make-up. If you use very strong or completely waterproof mascara, we recommend removing it first with a separate eye make-up remover for the best and gentlest result for your eyelashes. 2. How does cleansing milk differ from gel-based cleansing products? Cleansing gels (such as Cleansing Gel) lather lightly and are great for normal or oily skin to refresh the skin. Cleansing milks and emulsions, on the other hand, have a higher lipid content (they contain nourishing oils). They do not lather, but instead melt impurities while respecting the skin, which makes them the best option for dry and aging skin that needs protection against dryness. 3. Can the product be used if I have combination skin with dry areas? Yes, it can.
