Janssen Cosmetics Brightening Exfoliator is an effective special product designed to lighten skin tone and reduce hyperpigmentation. It delivers exceptional results by combining two complementary exfoliation methods: mechanical perlite exfoliation and brightening fruit acids.
This exfoliator instantly removes dulling dead skin cells from the skin's surface, revealing fresh and radiant skin beneath. Regular use helps break down melanin deposits in the stratum corneum, resulting in a more even and brighter skin tone.
Its effectiveness is based on two exfoliation methods:

Mechanical exfoliation: Spherical, skin-friendly perlite granules gently buff away the dull surface layer. Thanks to their round shape, they do not damage the skin, but effectively remove superficial discolourations.

Chemical exfoliation: Citric and glycolic acids dissolve the bonds between cells. They penetrate deeper into the melanin deposits in the stratum corneum, accelerating the fading of dark spots.

Instructions for use
- 1. Apply the exfoliating cream to clean skin. 2. Gently massage the skin in circular motions, avoiding the eye area. 3. Rinse thoroughly with plenty of lukewarm water.

Mechanical brightening is visible immediately, but deeper fading of hyperpigmentation requires regular use for at least 4–6 weeks for the skin's cell renewal cycle to regenerate. 3. Can this be used in the summer? Yes, but because the product contains fruit acids, the skin is more sensitive to the sun. Always use a high SPF (30 or 50) during the day to prevent the formation of new hyperpigmentation. 4. How does this differ from a regular facial scrub?
