Eye and lip makeup: Gently press the cotton pad onto closed eyes or lips for a few seconds to dissolve the makeup, then wipe away gently without rubbing. 3. Face and neck: Wipe the face clean with outward strokes, starting from the center. 4. Repeat with a new cotton pad if necessary until the pad remains clean. 5. No rinsing required. Continue your routine with a toner (such as CELESTETIC Pure Tonic) and skincare products.
