Instructions for use
- Use Ger Peel regularly 1-2 times a week, depending on your skin type. 1. Cleansing: First, thoroughly wash your face (e.g., with Gernetic Glyco cleansing milk). 2. Application: Apply the cream to damp skin. 3. Exfoliation: Gently massage the cream in circular motions with your fingertips all over your face. Focus especially on problem areas, such as the T-zone (forehead, nose, chin). 4. Rinsing: Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. 5. Tip: You can also use Ger Peel on your lips to remove dryness or on rough body areas, such as elbows.

- 1. Is Ger Peel suitable for sensitive skin? Yes, as long as the exfoliation is done with very gentle movements. If your skin is extremely sensitive or inflamed, we recommend trying the biological Lotion Aux Acides de Fleurs floral acid exfoliant, which does not require mechanical massage. 2. Why is regular exfoliation necessary? Skin constantly renews itself, and dead skin cells can remain on the surface, clogging pores and making the skin look dull. Exfoliation helps the skin "breathe" and ensures that expensive treatment serums and creams don't just sit on top of dead skin cells. 3. Can this be used on acne-prone skin? Ger Peel helps prevent sebum plugs, but during active and inflamed acne, mechanical exfoliation should be avoided to prevent the inflammation from spreading.
