However, we do not recommend using it immediately after coloring, to allow the color pigments to settle. 3. Why doesn't this shampoo lather like others? MAXI.WASH is a clarifying "pre-wash" that targets oils and impurities. If there's a lot of product build-up in your hair, it won won't lather much the first time – this is a sign that it's doing its job.
