- 1. Wet your face with lukewarm water. 2. Dispense a small amount of gel into your palms and lather lightly. 3. Massage onto your face and neck in circular motions for about 1 minute, avoiding the eye area. 4. Rinse thoroughly with plenty of lukewarm water and gently pat your skin dry. 5. Frequency of use: Start by using 2–3 times a week in the evenings, then switch to daily use if necessary, according to your skin's tolerance and needs. 6. Always use sunscreen (such as SPF 50) during the day, as fruit acids make the skin more sensitive to UV radiation.
