However, if you suffer from dehydrated combination skin in winter, Super Hydrating Cream can be an excellent night cream. 2. Can the cream be used under makeup? Yes! The cream's fast-absorbing formula makes it an excellent primer. It leaves the skin's surface smooth, allowing foundation to apply more evenly and not accentuate dry areas of the skin. 3.
